Learning from Safeguarding Adults Reviews (5 Nations)

These are the slides from a 5 Nations webinar held in May 2024. This series of webinars shares adult support and protection / safeguarding knowledge across the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales. 

The theme of this webinar is safeguarding adults reviews (the English equivalent to Learning Reviews). There is one presentation: Findings and improvement priorities from the second national (England) analysis of Safeguarding Adult Reviews (Professor Michael Preston-Shoot, University of Bedfordshire; Professor Suzy Braye, University of Sussex). This presentation includes both qualitative and quantitative data from an analysis of all completed safeguarding adult reviews in England between April 2019 and March 2023. It also includes recommendations for improvement priorities.
