Iriss has been working to help make social work and social care better for people since 2008. We help people to make real change through research, improvement and innovation.
We believe that the social work and social care workforce can do outstanding work, but that they can only do it when we create the conditions that allow it to flourish. When those conditions are in place, workers are freed up to make a real difference in people’s lives.
