Scottish Social Work Partnership and the National Social Work Agency: Summary of engagement feedback and materials

Iriss were asked to collate and analyse the responses to the Scottish Social Work Partnership (SSWP) Engagement Pack responses (see Appendix A for the full Engagement Pack), as well as allied feedback and responses from groups, individuals and from the Your Voice Matters: Help Shape the Future of Social Work Sessions that were held in January 2026.

• Materials included in the summary analysis below include:
  48 Engagement Pack Survey responses
• Collated notes from the eight breakout sessions of the Your Voice
  Matters online events (held on the 20th and 22nd January 2026)
• Collated feedback from social work practitioners who directly wrote to
  representatives within the SSWP
• Collated feedback from three wider national forum/group responses to
  National Social Work Agency (NSWA) and SSWP aspirations and focus.
