Launched to coincide with National Hoarding Awareness Week 2026, the Manifesto of the Hoarding Taskforce (Scotland) is aimed at senior leaders in national and local posts in Scotland – Ministers, MSPs, Chief Officer Groups, Integration Joint Boards (IJBs) and Health and Social Care Partnerships (HSCPs) with decision-making power and influence.
It asks for leadership to drive positive change, identifies opportunities and asks that readers take the tangible steps set out therein.
It is accompanied by a detailed blog post about its launch, which outlines its importance and the need to change.
