ASPire 2026: Early action and prevention (webinar)
Useful for: All who work in Adult Support & Protection, especially those leading on prevention
This is an ASPire webinar from April 2026. Its theme is early action and prevention.
The opening session is by Ralph Broad (Inclusive Neighbourhoods). He discusses building individual, family and community capacity/resilience via Local Area Coordination. This is a long-term, evidence-based approach to early and accessible support within communities. The next presentation is from Nick Sinclair (Community Catalysts) on Family and Group Conferencing for Adults. This is an approach that supports adults and those in their network to draw on their strengths and work towards their own outcomes.
Slides for the session are attached, along with additional useful links.
