Spaces to grow
Iriss is dedicated to constructive approaches for professional development, and our Spaces to Grow activities are all about providing opportunities for people to find time to invest in themselves to promote better working.
Our webinar series, Iriss Skills Sessions, are online events where we explore topics with a focus on actionable and impactful improvement on practice. These are practically focused, and designed respecting the limited time practitioners have.
The Operations Peer Support Group is a network of professionals to share best practice, improvement and support, whilst also forging stronger connections between organisations. Contact sam.ella@iriss.org.uk for more information.
