We’re seeking ideas for Iriss Insights

Would you like to open debate, discussion and reflection to inform practice and policy?

We’re seeking ideas for our Iriss Insights series. Insights provide a concise and accessible summary of evidence on a topic of interest to the social work or social care workforce, drawing out implications for the workforce, to support good practice or to inform policy. There must be a sufficient evidence base for this.

If you have a good idea for a topic, are sitting on desk research or have completed a recent literature review that could be turned into an Insight, we would love to hear from you. Please complete this short form by 19 October to submit an expression of interest.

Further information

Here’s our full list of Insights to date, and our Guide for authors that provides further information on what we are looking for and details on fees, contracts and the peer review process.

We will provide a response to all ideas 20 November to commission those we want to take forward
