Case conferences
An Adult Support and Protection case conference is a formal multi-agency meeting. The purpose of the case conference is to share relevant information, assess current and ongoing risk, make decisions about how best to support and protect the adult deemed to be at risk of harm and agree an adult support and protection plan. Wherever possible the adult at risk of harm should be included and supported to participate in the case conference.
