Relationships Matter was a project led by the Relationships Matter Collective, a group of inspirational practitioners and young people who were brave enough to challenge, and confident enough to promote, continued relationships between practitioners and young people as they leave care.
From September 2016, the Relationships Matter website - which hosts ideas, activities, tools and implementation stories to promote continued relationships between practitioners and young people - will be managed by Staf (formerly The Scottish Throughcare and Aftercare Forum).
We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who took part in and supported this project, and wish Staf all the best in taking this forward as they continue to support good practice on continued relationships with care experienced young people.
Staf currently facilitates a focus group around Relationship Boundaries, which gives practitioners from across Scotland the opportunity to share good practice and learn from others. Information about this focus group and a reflections about each session will be posted on the Relationships Matter website.
